Gray-Coat All Season Formula For Year-Round Waterproofing of Exterior Foundations

Gray-Coat All Season Formula is a water based, liquid applied rubber waterproofing that can be applied all year round without heating. It is an ideal coating for concrete or block because its gray color blends in so over-spraying is no longer a problem for the applicator. In addition, it can also be used with ICF because it does not contain any damaging solvents. The product cures to form a seamless, non-deteriorating rubber membrane that will bridge small settlement cracks in concrete or joins in ICF forms.

For winter application, Gray-Coat ASF is highly resistant to freeze/thaw and can be applied in temperatures as low as 10F. Providing the pails have been stored in an enclosed, heated space, the product can be taken to the job site and applied without the need to heat it first. The pails should be protected from the cold on the job site and insulating the hoses improves the spray pattern. The newly applied product should be protected from frost or precipitation during the first 24 hours and the foundation can then be backfilled after allowing the product to cure for 24-36 hours.

Gray-Coat ASF waterproofing comes “ready to use” without the need of a primer and can be applied with an airless sprayer, brush or roller. Its smooth texture and non-sag formulation make it suitable for vertical or sloped surfaces and its excellent adhesion ensure that it bonds firmly with all substrates.
